hi sir! about this WebEngine

how can i correctly synchronize the total of account connected to the server?

in template the connected account in game is stuck even they login out the account still connected? in admincp online users is in good synchronize if the account is connected the online users view is counting and if login out are counting too!  only in template are not working well!
