ENGLISH SUPPORT Illusion temple require lvl 220

The Temple of Illusions asks me to be level 220 even though I'm level 220 or even 300, I thought it was an XP bug and I went from level 0 to 220 and still the same problem. Season 8, I checked the files and didn't see any mention of levels
