ENGLISH SUPPORT Attack Speed Bug ?

Can someone help me ? I have problem with attack speed. I tested with SM only, but i think there is the same problem and with other characters.
I tested with following stats and the same MONSTER and HERO.
1 attempt
32 767 STR
10 000 AGI
32 767 VIT
32 767 ENE
Kill time 24 seconds;

2 attempt
32 767 STR
11 000 AGI
32 767 VIT
32 767 ENE
Kill time 21 seconds

3 attempt
32 767 STR
12 000 AGI
32 767 VIT
32 767 ENE
Kill time 18 seconds

4 attempt
32 767 STR
13 000 AGI
32 767 VIT
32 767 ENE
Kill time 13 seconds

5 attempt
32 767 STR
14 000 AGI
32 767 VIT
32 767 ENE
Kill time 13 second

I do this from 14 000 AGI to 32 767 AGILITY. Same kill time ...
Please help ??

Louis just blocked me few Days Ago for Reporting this Speed Bug with the characters and its not only with Summoner, but with all Characters. We've mae an Research, sended him videos and e.t.c. and told us we are noobs and we have bad PVP and PVE Configurations. Well @Louis I hope you read this and check this, we tested the attack speed with all kinds of stats and e.t.c.
This is the Attack Speed and the Time for we kill a Boss>

This Bug is with all Clients and Server files on Season 6!
Also this is not only with Summoner but with all other Characters
I hope @Louis Unblocks me in Skype and apologize to me, as we've done allot of Research about this problem for the last 2 Weeks and we cannot find any FIX!

You told me it doesn't matter if you have 14k agility or 32k agility with this Summoner skill.

I recorded a video for you showing the difference and even then you said it was the same, maybe you're just blind I don't know.

Yes, maybe it was a missinformation from me and i did not explane it to you in proper way, but i wanted to explane it to you short.
However on your video you can see that there is not a much big difference in the time as you are using different Formulas for the attack speed. Give it a try with what we show you here and check by yourself that there is actuall bug about it.
Now we have the research proving you that there is actual a speed bug, we also tested it with different server files / clients and e.t.c. everywhere is like this. This is some kinda new shit our userbase discovered ....

14k agility = 8s
32k agility = 5 s
64k agility = 3 s

If you haven't seen this in the video, you're blind.

if I have a different formula, just do the same, as I said are settings. If in my video it works in yours it can also work, just configure the same.

Bro... Check the Tables and try with different stats by yourself. Not only with 14k Agility and 32k Agility there is allo more stats then 14k and 32k We have servers with no maximum stats what the hell ? We don't want to make shame on your or something else, i'm telling you this is a freaking bug with all Game Servers and if you are able to fix it, it will be the best server files ever, lol!
Check the tables, we are not fucking with you.

Okay, Everything is the same, we did everything the same as yours all the formula 1/1 like yours.
This is the Result. You can check it by yourself if you want to, but this is the truth, we are not here to lie to you, we are here to help you, the point is you just dont undurstand what we mean and you just dont want to understand. This is a main Issue with all server files as a mentioned not only with yours. Would you like to test it with other characters as well with your formulas for you ? Or you will give it a try by yourself and see that there is something wrong ?

Hello everyone, sorry for reviving a topic from days ago, but I just read this and I was curious to see if I also have that BUG. But checking I did the TEST, and is that problem does not appear, in my configurations I see it correct, greater agility, less time in kills.

I also verified that in your table it appears that 8k is better than 16k, however in my test I see 16k better because it kills faster:
