Does the tax work after you fight for castle?

I`ve put 3% on chaos machine and npc shops. Im buying items from shops and making chaos mix, then i check senior npc and i see 0 zen has been collected. Also in shops & chaos goblin it says 0% tax rate.

This tax is shown to people who are not from the guild that owns the castle.

Thank you very much! It seems like it works but only at some stages. Money is not updated real-time, i think only when next castle siege starts. Maybe you can look into it and if possible make money update real time?
