It seems to me that you have not copied all the files that the kapocha dll folder brings
Remember to copy the effect folder first, then the items and textures to make it work, also take into account the numbering within CEffet according to your item list.

I don't know where to find a full set of + cefets. The brother upstairs gave it to me. I don't know the compression code

inside .rar file you have a folder named "encoder" you must configure the .txt file ceffect (here you will see the effect list) and then drag it to encoder.exe, dont open it, just drag.

Copy all .bmd files inside Data/local. Thats all.
