Hi is please help me to figure out how the custommix works

I want to add Garuda's Feather

the recipe is I need Storm wing +13to+15 and 4-16Opt
how can i do that on custommix.txt(server side)





I added also on eventItembag and eventItembagmanager
what else im missing?
