Something Wrong in any of the Files realted to main generation, sadly the generator windows closes to fast to actually read the error .
Try comparing original downloaded files with your files , Winmerge is a Free Tool quite useful for that .

Just delete this line in ...\MuServerF\Tools\MAIN_INFO\CustomItem\CustomBow.txt

Apparently the file for this bow is missing.
There is another problem, though. A lot of things are shown rotated.
