Example: If I have 3 resets I can't pk someone with 0 resets.

It is possible to take out 5% recovery hp from wings lvl3?
If is not how to put delay at recovery hp because now is at 1 second I want to put recovery at 10 second

1 - it's not possible but a system can be created for that in the future
2 - check the ItemOption.txt

ITEM_OPTION_ADD_HP_RECOVERY_RATE = 85,

you can remove the line or put 0
